I began my professional journey as a graduate of Bilkent University Faculty of Law, and continued by working for many years as an attorney at an international attorney partnership. To combine the depth of my corporate legal experience with the personalized quality of individual consultancy—and to bring my own vision to life—I founded EYAS Legal Consultancy.

Throughout my career, I have provided daily legal consultancy services to a wide range of domestic and multinational commercial companies operating across various industries.

 

I have developed particular expertise in working closely with the creative industries, which has allowed me to deliver practical, sector-sensitive legal solutions, particularly in the areas of legal compliance, content review, and contract structuring for both traditional media and digital/social media projects.

Additionally, I support businesses in establishing and maintaining healthy commercial relationships by providing legal consultancy on contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
